Our Commitment At IMI Coffee, we believe that freshness is the soul of a great ritual. We strive to process and deliver your coffee as quickly as possible so you can enjoy it at its peak flavor and aroma.
Processing Times All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship fresh coffee directly to your door across the United States using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Standard Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after processing.

Puerto Rico & Hawaii: Deliveries to Puerto Rico and Hawaii may take up to 6 business days.
Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: For Subscription orders, shipping is handled according to your selected delivery schedule.
Subscription Shipping Subscription orders ship automatically based on the frequency you have selected (Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly). This ensures you never run out of your favorite roast and your daily ritual remains uninterrupted.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at support@[insert-your-email].com so we can assist you in locating your order.
International Shipping Currently, we focus on delivering the best experience within the United States and its territories. We are working on expanding our reach to international coffee lovers soon.
