Our Philosophy At IMI Coffee, quality is our priority. We stand behind the excellence of our beans and the tools we select. If your experience does not meet our standards, we are committed to making it right.
Coffee & Perishable Goods Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. If there is an issue with your coffee (such as damage during shipping, an incorrect order, or quality concerns), please contact us at support@[insert-your-email].com within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will evaluate your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or a solution that honors your daily ritual.
Coffee Gear & Accessories For non-perishable items, including French presses, Moka pots, and other brewing accessories, we offer a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Unless the item arrived damaged, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning gear.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the package. We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Subscription Cancellations You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Please ensure any changes are made at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that cycle.
